How I work:
NOW THIS BIT IS REALLY IMPORTANT: All imagery is provided to clients on a LICENCE basis: costs and usage restrictions depending on the requirements of the client. This means that the photographer/videographer retains copyright of any imagery provided to clients. This is the standard way of providing creative services and can be discussed and agreed with clients to suit their need.
Unless expressly agreed, imagery must not be sold / copied /distributed and provided to third parties and is only licensed for use by the company that the booking is with.
Copyright infringement will be pursued from anyone violating usage boundaries and both usage costs and infringement fines will be implemented. (It all sounds quite heavy, but we photographers must protect our work and support our industry.)
